Alaka’i Todd had 13 kills and Keoni Thiim registered seven aces as the third-ranked University of Hawaii men’s volleyball team took care of Tusculum 25-11, 25-16, 25-17 Friday night at the Stan Sheriff Center in Honolulu.

Louis Sakanoko added nine kills for the Rainbow Warriors, who needed just 94 minutes to end the match and improve to 7-1 as they start an 11-match homestand.

Tread Rosenthal dished out 23 assists while playing the first two sets, during which UH hit .647 and .700, respectively. Hawaii hit .586 for the match, by far a season best.

Deklan Wingo had 11 kills to lead the Pioneers (1-6), a team out of the Independent Volleyball Association.

The teams play again Sunday.
